Agency History Since 1965, I have seen the entertainment industry from all sides. In my early years of high school and college I played drums and sang for several garage bands doing proms, county fairs, and community events. I was the guy that sought gigs and negotiated pricing. I then was elected to the board of directors of the Itasca County Fair in Grand Rapids, MN where for 10 years I booked the entertainment for the fair and other community events. As my reputation grew I was being contacted to "line-up" entertainment for weddings, dances, county fairs, and larger community celebrations. I thoroughly enjoyed the performance industry and decided to start a full fledged agency. Over the years we have had the privilege of working with Reba McEntire, Steve Hall and Shotgun Red, Kitty Wells, LeRoy Van Dyke, Buddy Holly's band THE CRICKETS, John Ivan Palmer, Tommy Overstreet, Narvel Felts, Jeannie Seely, Michael Johnson, Port Of Call, Puke and Snot, Calico the Clown, Jerry Frasier, and many other talented folks. When picking an act to deal with we look at what we would have booked in the past for family oriented affairs. This helped us establish ourselves as an agency with acts that are clean, interactive, and have audience appeal. Our theory is that folks want to walk away feeling good about what they have just taken part in. The memory lasts longer and comes back every time they hear the name of the act or the venue that put on the show. Feel free to contact us about other acts that may not be listed herein.
